Refund policy

We stand behind every hat. Because each DadLidz hat is embroidered to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. But if your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, we will remake or refund it, no charge. Just email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right. Nothing else to buy, no return shipping to pay on a defect. Questions before you order?
